The semi-detached house was built in 1969 by an architect for his own family. On the ground floor, a central living-cooking-dining area was created that offers space and openness for the whole family. Ground Floor: Thanks to the generous panoramic windows with low sills facing south, the living area is bathed in light. In the center of this large room is an open fireplace with red exposed brick. By omitting room dividers and door elements, an open and spacious character is achieved. The north-facing kitchen, with two windows, is designed as a “pass-through” – thus establishing a direct connection between the entrance hall and the northwestern dining room. The connection between the dining and living room via a continuous circuit back to the entrance hall embodies the open living concept. In addition, on the ground floor there is a shower room with a toilet and a north-facing window. Two balcony doors from the living and dining room lead to the west terrace with natural stone tiles. On the terrace, there is another open fireplace and a covered outdoor area that cannot be seen by the neighbors. From the terrace, you can descend three steps into the slightly lower south-facing garden. Both the terrace and garden are framed by the gardens of the surrounding properties. Individual Traffic: The municipality of Gröbenzell lies in the so-called Tangent Quadrangle, which consists of the A8 (Stuttgart-Munich), the A99 (Munich motorway ring), the B2 (Munich-Augsburg), and the B471. From these main roads, the municipality is well linked and quickly accessible via various feeder roads.
