We are selling our large house with beautiful sandstone and half-timbered exterior walls and an outdoor area. The building is situated in a quiet location and consists of a ground floor, first floor, attic, loft, and a small basement. Our house was used until recently as both a residential and commercial property (with a part of the ground floor used for business purposes). Prior to our purchase and the change of use for a business on the ground floor in 2000, it was a purely residential house. Since we have ceased our business operations, the property is now empty and available for sale immediately.
