Living in Ditzum

The upper-floor apartments are easily accessible barrier-free via both the spacious staircase and a wheelchair-accessible elevator.

The apartment is heated by a brine-water heat pump with deep boreholes through underfloor heating and is supplied with potable warm water via an apartment transfer station. In addition to the electrical installation in a comfort configuration, the communication system is installed with CAT7 cables connected to the fiber-optic building connection. A charging point (wallbox) at the parking space is planned for e-mobility.

The building has been comprehensively renovated in recent years in order to achieve an Efficiency House Standard A+. An energy performance certificate is available, showing a final energy demand of 16 kWh/(m²a) and a primary energy demand of 28.7 kWh/(m²a).

This apartment is a first occupancy after renovation. It includes a parking space.
