The multi-family house is located about 200 meters from the entrance of Ditzum and has a character that shapes the local landscape. The town’s infrastructure and harbor are within walking distance.
Opposite the building are a multifunctional square with free parking spaces and two e-charging stations. A discount supermarket (configured as a C-Box-Combi in the former “Baustoffe Janssen”) will be available 100 meters away from May 2026.
