In 2018 we completed a multi-family house in Königswinter Thomasberg, which has been rented out since that date.

All residential units are leased by Feldhoff Projekte GmbH + Co. KG as the owner and managed by Feldhoff Immobilienmakler und Hausverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.

Here, the current tenant of unit WE 4 will move out at the end of January 2026.

In addition to the stated rental price and the operating and heating costs, for this new building project each residential unit must rent two parking spaces at €39.00 each per month. Due to the current development plans of the city of Königswinter, no exceptions are possible.
