In 2025/2026, extensive renovation work was carried out in the apartment. The front door, all internal doors, and the complete flooring were replaced. The electrical system was overhauled. The entire apartment was completely replastered and freshly painted. The radiators in all rooms were replaced. All water pipes, including the fixtures in the bathroom and WC, were renewed, the bathroom was partially re-tiled, and the WC has been/is being completely renovated and re-tiled.

The renovation work is not yet fully completed; as seen in the pictures, some minor finishing work is still pending in the bathroom and WC. The apartment will most likely be available for rent from May 1, 2026.

The nearest bus stops are less than 200 meters away, and the health center—with a general practitioner, dentist, orthodontist, and physiotherapy—is in the immediate vicinity.
