All water pipes, including the fixtures in the bathroom and WC, were renewed, the bathroom was partially re-tiled, and the WC has been/is being completely renovated and re-tiled.

Shops for everyday needs, a pharmacy, the primary and secondary school with a sports hall, the indoor pool, and the S-Bahn stop are all reachable within a few minutes on foot. The nearest bus stops are less than 200 meters away, and the health center—with a general practitioner, dentist, orthodontist, and physiotherapy—is in the immediate vicinity.
