The apartment is located in the vibrant and popular 2nd municipal district of Vienna, Leopoldstadt, providing excellent connectivity as well as numerous interesting spots that are especially attractive for students.

Especially convenient: WU Vienna (Vienna University of Economics and Business) is just a stone’s throw away – you can reach the campus on foot in about 7 minutes. Ideal for WU students!!

Surroundings:

The location is characterized by its central placement and good accessibility. The nearest subway stop is the U2 station Messe-Prater, which is only about a 5-minute walk away. This line quickly connects the area to other important parts of Vienna, such as the city center (Rathaus station in about 15 minutes) or the shopping center Stadioncenter (about 8 minutes).

Since there are already two roommates living here, you can get to know your future roommates in advance—it’s important to us that everyone gets along well and fits together nicely. ;)

Feeling welcome and at home is the goal here. There is plenty of space to spend time together.

We’ll gladly take care of the electricity and heating, so you as a resident don’t have to deal with any registrations. ;-)

Costs and Conditions:

Cold rent for a 13m² room: €667

Additional costs (heating, electricity, liability insurance): approximately €72 per month per person.

Internet: €30 per month per person

Rental Conditions:

Deposit: 3 months’ rent

Minimum rental period: 6 months
