I offer for rent a 2+1 apartment in a Pavlač house, located on the second floor, with a total area of 65 m². It is currently partially renovated: the bathroom, toilet, a new gas boiler, tiling in the hallway and kitchen, and the kitchen cabinets have been updated. By reconfiguring the hallway, a storage room was created, which I plan to complete with shelves. In the bathroom, a washing machine is available, while the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a table, and three chairs, and the living room has a sofa. For more details, please see the photos and arrange a viewing. I would like to rent the apartment starting from April 1st. The rent is 18,000 CZK plus utilities. Upon signing the rental agreement, a deposit equal to two months' rent will be required.
I will give priority to non-smokers, tenants without pets, and those who can potentially handle minor issues on their own by phone arrangement. I am not from Brno. The first round of viewings will take place on Wednesday, March 18th, approximately between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
