We determined the price without any broker simply by ourselves: our original purchase price plus our investment (renovation approx. EUR 300,000) without charging for our own work! In the meantime, we have reduced the price by more than EUR 125,000. In this way, you get a very valuable house, without any broker commission, at a truly good price. Regarding the price per m², in Huckingen, the price for newly renovated properties is approximately EUR 5,000 per m². The developed and partially heated usable area is 80 m². Twenty square meters are used as additional living space, 25 m² serve as a garage or party room, and the remainder (35 m²) provides plenty of space for your personal belongings. This very valuable usable area is generally calculated at 50% of the living space price.
