Index rent: The basis for this is the price index for living costs, determined annually by the Federal Statistical Office. The landlord may adjust the rent once a year in line with the general price development.
The apartment is available from 01.04. No commission fee is charged to the future tenant.
The security deposit must be transferred to a trust collection account that is kept separate from the landlord’s assets. Deposit insurances, bank guarantees, or similar forms are not accepted.
