As a landlord family, we value harmony among the residents and a spirit of mutual cooperation. Our special peaceful coexistence in the house should be maintained and carried on by the new tenants.
We maintain a good, often friendly, contact with our tenants and are readily available by phone or WhatsApp to help with any questions.

The living room filled with daylight has three large windows. The bedroom features two windows, one of which is set in the sloping part of the roof.

This beautiful top-floor apartment is very bright and ideal for a small family, a young couple, or for a single person to enjoy some personal space.

Our building has 10 apartments, was built in 1983, and has been owned by the same family for 35 years.
All residents are non-smokers. No pets are present in the building.
The apartments are accessed via a spacious staircase with extra-wide steps. There is no elevator.

Netto is a 3‑minute walk, REWE and ALDI are about 7 minutes away, and the train station is 10 minutes away. Churches are within a 4‑ to 7‑minute walk, and schools can be reached in 7 to 12 minutes. There are three kindergartens—one of which is near the forest.
