The building is very old, so its standard cannot be compared with that of a new construction, but it certainly has character. Pforzheimer Nordstadt is a multicultural neighborhood that is always lively. You're right in the middle of it all, with plenty of options to get from A to B both on foot and by public transport. Parking spaces, on the other hand, are rather scarce.
The kitchen features a fitted unit with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, as well as a fridge-freezer combination. An electric water heater provides hot water. There is also a small storage pantry. The bathroom was installed in 2022 in the former “laundry room” – making it very compact but as well equipped as possible with a curbless shower, a towel warmer, electric underfloor heating, and a large washbasin. The toilet is separate.
The rooms have old parquet flooring that has become very worn over the years, but for enthusiasts it will surely be a pleasure to restore its shine.
In the basement there will eventually be a compartment allocated to the apartment – over the past few months, we had to painstakingly clear out items because the previous tenants repeatedly left behind objects that could no longer be assigned.
