Currently, various units of different sizes are available for rent in the hall. A total of 780 m² can be rented. The hall is 31 m long and 25 m wide. At its highest point, the hall is approximately 10.80 m high, and at its lowest point about 4 m (see pictures). Thus, the hall has a volume of nearly 5,700 m³.

The hall can be used as a high-bay warehouse. Depending on the height or cubic meters of the rented area, the rent (negotiable) is accordingly determined (from €10 per m² of floor area). The high shelf can be designed individually for the customer, so that higher or lower shelving levels can be created. Please understand that we do not rent out individual pallet spaces but focus on renting larger areas.

Availability would be possible from September 2025.

The warehouse is at ground level and is therefore barrier-free accessible. The warehouse can be approached from both sides by a truck/car. Depending on the size of the vehicle, it is also possible to drive directly into or through the hall.

The hall is located in the Wandlitz OT Basdorf industrial area on a quiet one-way street. The highways A11 and A10 can be reached within 10 minutes.

The hall is equipped with lighting and electricity, as well as a high-current connection. Individual compartments can be heated upon request.

The area where the warehouse is located is under video surveillance and secured with a steel gate.
