PLANNED:
For structural, regulatory and planning reasons, we are currently developing a comprehensive project and usage plan for all existing buildings, rooms and spaces of the estate.
This is intended to encompass both the requirements of heritage protection and the desired and possible uses by project AND co-organizers, cooperation partners and other providers.
Thus, in the period from autumn 2025 until late summer 2026, all those interested in using and participating will have the opportunity to have their individual wishes and projects incorporated into the current planning!
Spatial Additions: 2 directly adjacent RESIDENTIAL HOUSES with their own natural or garden plots (one with a larger barn) are planned by us for gradual acquisition.

NOTE: The entire ensemble of the “Blücherhof” estate is under heritage protection; individual buildings are under the care of the “German Foundation for Monument Protection”, and the estate’s inner courtyard is a “listed monument”.

In addition to all the already mentioned existing uses or as an extension of our thematic focus “CULTURE LOCATION” for the region, project and network – thanks to the extensive range of rooms and spaces in the 10 existing properties (complemented by up to 4 NEW buildings!) – we can envision the following additional uses that further enhance the ensemble character of the estate:

(plus the corresponding peripheral services such as a doctor’s practice, physiotherapy, sauna & bathing area, etc.)
– “ECO-CONSTRUCTION FORUM”:
An innovative offering, unique in the entire northeast of the country.
Here, the owners of properties acquired in the region and network for use, conversion & refurbishment can be shown and offered sustainable, ecological & modern construction & insulation techniques on site.
For this purpose, either the existing halls can be used as an exhibition hall or display areas, or the NEW BUILDING AREA in the courtyard directly behind the Ackerpferdestall is available!
