A stepped rent contract is agreed upon. In this agreement, the cold rent increases after one year to €610, after two years to €650, and after three years to €690.

I have taken over the multi-family house with a total of twelve rental apartments as of 01.04.2024. From the outside, the house still looks like a classic DDR building – not very attractive. However, I am gradually renovating and refurbishing the house fundamentally. It cannot be done all at once, but step by step.

The offered rental apartment has now been renovated after the previous tenants moved out, with the bathroom completely refurbished, and similarly the kitchen. Once the work is completed, this apartment looks forward to welcoming friendly people who will call it their new home.

The new fitted kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, and extractor hood. It is provided for use.

To the left of the kitchen unit, there is space for a refrigerator; to the right, for a washing machine. Both connections are available.

The bathroom features a rain shower, a towel radiator, a toilet, a washbasin, and a mirror that does not fog up. The tiles must not be drilled.
