We offer a 3+kk apartment for rent, completely renovated in a First Czechoslovak Republic building from 1924, with a total area of 72 m².
This is a separate apartment on the ground floor of a family house on Veslařská Street. The entrance to the apartment is at the rear of the building, with windows facing east, north, and west. It is located in a quiet area near the Svratka River, not far from Anthrophos Park. In front of the building, a bike path runs along the river toward the Brno reservoir; within walking distance, there is a forest and a garden allotment area. Parking is available in front of the house in Blue Zone C.
Layout: an entrance hall leading to a living room with a kitchenette; from the living room, there are access ways to a room, a bedroom, and a bathroom; from the bathroom, there is access to a separate toilet. The rooms feature underfloor heating, parquet flooring, and double casement windows. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, a range hood, and a refrigerator.
Partial furnishing with furniture is negotiable. Large glass doors separating the living room and the bedroom will be installed within four months.
