We offer for rent directly from the owner a furnished 50 m² apartment with a 2+kk layout in the new residential project Vivus Argentinská, located in the heart of Prague’s Holešovice. The building is secured by a camera system with chip access and is situated only 400 meters from the metro, tram, bus, and train station Holešovice, with full local amenities.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, video intercom, and a shoe cabinet, as well as a bathroom featuring a bathtub and provisions for a washing machine. Additionally, there is a bedroom with another built-in wardrobe and access to the loggia, and a living room equipped with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and coffee table.
