The surrounding area and the street are extremely quiet, making it safe for children to play outside. Ample parking is available directly in front of the house. The nearest highway exit onto the A8 is approximately 5 km away.

No loud noises or disruptive behavior are allowed after 10 p.m. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. Pets are allowed by arrangement. The rental price is quoted for 1 person; for 2 people, an additional 120 EUR per month applies; for 3 people, pricing is by arrangement. Daily rates are available upon discussion, with a minimum stay of 5 weekdays.
