Rental Conditions & Schedule
It has been agreed that both parties will mutually waive the ordinary termination right for 36 months. This is an indexed rental agreement.
The project is currently under construction; first occupancy is planned for October 1, 2026. Viewings are possible by appointment.
In total, four 4-room and eight 2-room apartments will be constructed.
