• Plenty of street parking available (no dedicated parking space for the apartment, but that’s not a problem in the northern district)

• Copy of the ID card (front and back) of all tenants

• Schufa report, no older than 3 months

• The last 3 salary statements

• For self-employed individuals: the most recent annual financial statement plus the last 2 operating cost calculations with a stamp/confirmation from a tax advisor

• Previous landlord’s certificate (rent debt-free certificate)

• Proof of the ability to pay the deposit (immediately/shortly)

• For students/trainees: a parental guarantee (with salary statements)
