The previous tenants parked on the side streets of Höfingen. Parking is permitted near the bakery or the library from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM (please observe the signage). Thanks to the central location in Leonberg-Höfingen, you can conveniently take care of your daily needs on foot. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and a café.
You can reach the Höfingen S-Bahn station in about 7 minutes on foot. From there, you are approximately 30 minutes by the S60 to Böblingen and about 15 minutes by the S6 to Feuerbach, or 21 minutes to Stuttgart’s main station.
The well-known Schloss Hotel is reachable within 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Stuttgart Airport is about 20 km away.
The motorway connection towards Karlsruhe or Munich is approximately 10 minutes away (6 km).
