Sometimes in life the moment for a fresh start comes – and that’s exactly why we are looking for nice new tenants for our beloved 5-room country home from 01.06.2026, who will appreciate this special home just as much as we do.
The apartment is bathed in sunlight, generously laid out, and barrier-free. Here, every family member (or home office) has their own space. The modern bathroom features both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The modern, nearly new fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine, offers high comfort for everyday life.

ATTRACTIVE LIVING AREA IN BROMBACHTAL
The house is located in one of the most popular residential areas of Brombachtal. The municipality of Brombachtal is constantly developing: Currently, the first “Tante Enso” market in the Odenwald is being established here, offering local supply 365 days a year around the clock – a modern and comfortable shopping concept right on site.
In neighboring Bad König you will find excellent infrastructure with a large medical center, various specialists, the Odenwald thermal spa, a fitness club, schools, as well as a variety of shopping opportunities: in addition to numerous retail stores, you have options such as REWE, EDEKA, Aldi, and Penny.
The train station in Bad König also provides excellent connections: With the so-called “Sprinter” you can reach Frankfurt am Main several times daily in less than an hour – conveniently and without transfers.

FIBER OPTIC INTERNET ACCESS: At the moment, Entega is installing the connection. The conduit is already in the house. A fiber optic contract has been signed and must be taken over by the tenant for EUR 45 per month.
SUSTAINABILITY: The entire building is very environmentally friendly, being supplied with heating and hot water by two heat pumps, and the apartment ceiling in the attic has been impressively insulated.
