The Bat Experience Exhibition, the Museum Alt-Segeberger Bürgerhaus, the Kalkberg caves, and the Marienkirche are just a few examples. Various festivals and events take place throughout the year, such as the Segeberg Cultural Summer or the summer concerts on the open-air stage.

The renowned nationwide Möbel-Kraft AG has its head office here, as do the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians and the Medical Association of Schleswig-Holstein. The city also features various schools – including a community college.

In most rooms, a uniform, robust vinyl in a wood-look finish has been installed. In the current storage areas, tiles have been laid. The basement level boasts a pleasant ceiling height of 2.58m as well as large heating and window areas.

The premises can be taken over by arrangement (even on short notice). Partial rental is possible upon consultation.

The stated advance payment for additional costs is based on the assumption that at least parts of the premises will be heated as regular living areas. The heating costs will be billed according to actual consumption and would be correspondingly lower in the case of pure storage use.
