There is a small primary school and three kindergartens, all reachable within 5 minutes.
Additionally, the residential area offers a bakery and two farm shops.
The grammar school is also a 10-minute walk away, and the secondary school/comprehensive school is about a 15-minute walk for the children.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, almost family-like. There is a wonderful neighborhood initiative with creative offerings for both young and old, promoting a strong sense of community.
The walls are fully plastered.
Most of the flooring is vinyl, although it shows some signs of wear.
