The apartment is rented fully furnished, including a bed with mattress (180x200cm), wardrobe, bedside table, dining table, sofa, TV stand, chairs, desk, refrigerator, oven, etc. Only kitchen utensils have to be provided by the tenant. Additionally, a laundry room is available in the basement.

All windows are equipped with shutters. In each room, insect screens are installed on the windows.

The apartment also includes an underground parking space for a car.

It is located in the Freising district Lerchenfeld in a small multi-family house; the area is quite quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The airport can be reached by car in about 15 minutes and the TUM/HSWT Campus Weihenstephan in about 15 minutes by bicycle. Public transportation connections are also good, with several bus stops as well as the train station accessible on foot, from where trains regularly run to Munich. The Isar is also just a stone’s throw away.

Behind the house, there is a garden visible from the bedroom that is available for use by all residents.

Since the apartment is only rented for 5 months, the utility costs are fixed and are not billed according to consumption. They include everything (electricity, water, internet, waste, etc.), except the GEZ fee which must be paid separately. The internet is provided by Telekom and offers 50 MB (MagentaZuhause M) via fiber.

The apartment can theoretically also be used as a shared apartment, but with the current furnishing it is not really ideal for that purpose.
