In 2018, we completed a multi-family house in Königswinter Thomasberg, which has been rented out since that date.

All residential units are rented by the owner, Feldhoff Projekte GmbH + Co. KG, and managed by Feldhoff Immobilienmakler und Hausverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.

The current tenant of unit WE 4 will move out at the end of January 2026.

In addition to the stated rental price and the operating and heating costs, each unit in this new building must rent two parking spaces for €39.00 per month each. Exceptions are not possible due to the current development plans of the City of Königswinter. The parking spaces are designed to be accessible for people with disabilities, with each space having a width of 2.90 meters.
