The hot water supply is provided by a 160-liter stainless steel storage tank heated by the condensing unit with a circulation pump.

The vaulted basement is ventilated and dehumidified by a condensation control system (Fa. Schwille). A submersible pump with automatic control ensures the safety of the basement.

The non-load-bearing walls have been constructed using a dry construction method, which would allow for a different room layout to be implemented with little effort if desired. The exterior walls on the courtyard side are insulated with mineral wool and clad with Douglas fir board siding. On the second floor, there is a fully functional split air conditioning system.
