We are renting out a very bright – freshly renovated – 2.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor in a very well-maintained multi-family house. The walls, bathroom, and kitchenette are new (first occupancy). The old, restored wooden floor gives the apartment its charm.

From the staircase you can access an entrance area, which also creates privacy (not part of the rental unit, as it is shared with the neighbor), leading to the hallway. From the entrance area you also enter a room of approximately 14 m², which is separate from the main apartment. This room can be used well as an office/study. However, this means that the apartment is not suitable for shared flats. From the hallway, you turn left into the freshly renovated bathroom, straight ahead into the kitchen with almost 16 m², and to the right into the large living/sleeping room.
