It is situated on the 2nd floor of a three-store brick building that has been renovated. The apartment also includes a large basement cellar with an area of 12 m².
Beyond the secure front door is a spacious L-shaped entrance hall that leads to all the rooms in the apartment except for the bedroom. The roomy kitchen is furnished with a fitted unit, gas stove, electric oven, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Otherwise, the apartment is unfurnished. It features a separate enclosed bathroom and WC, as well as a pantry with built-in shelves. Both the living room and the bedroom have south-facing windows overlooking a quiet green inner courtyard. The living room also has a small balcony. Both rooms have floating floors.
