Slunný byt v centru, v blízkosti mhd a kultury. Letná je jedna z nejhipsterských a nejalternativnějších čtvrtí k bydlení v Praze. V docházkové vzdálenosti jsou dva parky – Letenské sady a Stromovka. Zastávky MHD jsou minutu chůze od bytu a do centra se dostanete maximálně do 15 minut.
Byt je tichý, nachází se v 6. patře, domácí mazlíčci jsou povoleni. Je situován v soukromí, bez přímých výhledů sousedů. Některé úpravy dle vašich přání lze po domluvě zařídit.
Byt nabízí velký balkon, klimatizaci, nově rekonstruovanou kuchyň s indukční varnou deskou, mikrovlnnou troubou, lednicí, troubou a myčkou. Součástí je také bar se dvěma barovými židlemi.
Koupelna má sprchový kout s menší vanou, pračku, infračervené topení a okno. Bohužel koupelna momentálně nemá dveře – v případě potřeby je možné je doplnit.

City center, sunny flat, public transport, parks. Letna is the most hipster and alternative place where to live in Prague. There are two parks in walking distance - Letnenské sady and Stromovka. Public transport is a minute walk from the flat, and it is 15 minutes max to get anywhere in the center.
The flat is silent, in 6th floor, pets are allowed, it is private, so no neighbors peeking at you.
Some changes you would like can be arranged.
Flat offers huge balcony, AC, newly reconstructed kitchen with induction stove, microwave, fridge, oven and dishwasher, bar with 2 bar chairs.
Bathroom offers shower with smaller bathtub, washing machine. Infrared bathroom heater and window. Unfortunately, the bathroom does not have a door, if necessary, we can change that.
Toilet is separated.
Bedroom with AC, bed frame 200x180, desk with a chair, wardrobe.
Hallway has two storage closets to store your belongings.
Balcony offers a grill, lounge chair and view at the city center.
The flat will be newly painted before your arrival.
There are many bars, pubs, markets, shops (Lidl, Billa) and restaurants nearby (walk distance).
We recommend this apartment for a single person, or a young couple. We are also a young couple that lived there for 3 years, and we are open to show you around.
