From March 1st, a nice room will be available in our well-designed ground-floor apartment in Stuttgart-Kaltental (Engelboldstraße).

Your Realm: The room is approximately 16 m² in size and already fully furnished – so you can move in with just your suitcase.

Amenities: The apartment features a modern fitted kitchen (EBK) that provides everything you need for everyday life. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a washing machine that is shared.

Extras: An absolute highlight is the communal garden – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after work. Your bicycle will also have a secure spot in the dedicated basement storage room.

The Shared Apartment Life

We are not a party flatshare; instead, we value a relaxed and respectful coexistence where everyone can enjoy some peace and quiet. Currently living here are:

Johnny (mid-20s): Works as an elderly care nurse.

Viktoria (mid-20s): Works in consulting.

Since both are employed, the apartment has a pleasant, calm atmosphere. We are looking for someone who is also well-established in life and appreciates a harmonious living environment.

Costs & Terms

We keep it simple for you: There is an all-inclusive rent that covers everything. No hassle with separate internet contracts or electricity bills.

Monthly all-inclusive rent: €545 (including internet, electricity, water, heating, and all additional costs)

Deposit: €1,000

Availability: From March 1st

Minimum rental period: 6 months
