I offer for rent an exclusive apartment with an area of 44.79 m² plus a 2.99 m² cellar. It is located on the 3rd floor of a brick building without an elevator. The apartment has just undergone a precise, complete renovation under the guidance of an architect – the floors, windows, partitions, and the electricity, water, and heating systems have all been replaced. Emphasis was placed on functionality, design, and a high standard of workmanship during the renovation.
The apartment is fully equipped and ready for immediate move-in. The furnishings include a custom-made kitchen unit with built-in appliances (induction cooktop, electric oven, extractor, dishwasher, refrigerator), a bar counter with bar stools, a sofa set, a dining table with chairs, a living room wall unit with LED lighting, and stylish wall sconces.
