Welcome to our friendly shared apartment with uncomplicated yet considerate residents! We offer a partly furnished room in a 7-person flat located in a quiet rear building that is also very centrally situated. The room is bright and spacious, featuring its own large terrace with a southwest orientation that includes a small garden area.

Our shared apartment has two entrances and two bathrooms. In the common area, you’ll find the kitchen and a cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, extractor fan, refrigerator, and ceramic hob.

In the building, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as the option to set up a drying rack.

The courtyard/garden is also available for use. Additionally, there is bicycle parking behind the building. The room is available for rent immediately.

Our shared apartment is located in an absolutely quiet area, even though it is super central. The S-Bahn, tram, and bus stops are all within walking distance, and the subway can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or by bus. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, sports facilities, doctors, and much more.

In addition to the private terrace area, the room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a curtain. A mosquito net protects against insects in the summer, and on the terrace there is a table with two chairs. The flat is equipped with a kitchen that includes a ceramic oven, extractor fan, and two large refrigerator/freezer units.

The shared apartment also features two bathrooms, underfloor heating, carpet, and tiled bathrooms.

• Proof of income or another document that verifies your ability to pay rent

Minimum rental period: 1 year

Step rental contract: 3% increase annually

Service charge settlement: calculated daily and allocated per room

Notice period: No termination on December 31 of any year
