Here you will find a large boiler and laundry room, as well as a second bathroom with a bathtub—perfect as a “mud bath” or for bathing dogs. In the warmer seasons, the courtyard is beautifully green and can be supplemented with additional raised beds as desired.

The house is mostly on one level inside, making it well-suited for elderly residents. There is a storage room/pantry inside, as well as a small “potato cellar.”

The bathroom with its large shower was modernized a few years ago, and the gas heating system was replaced in 2023. Additionally, there is the option to connect a fireplace stove. With its doors open, the stove can heat at least half the house, which is very pleasant during the winter. There is ample space available for wood storage.

Dogs and cats are allowed, provided they are well-behaved.
