From the entrance hall, you enter a huge living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen and a loft character. There are 2 complete bathrooms with showers. A washer-dryer is available, as well as a storage room. From the living room, you gain access to the garden with terraces and panoramic mountain views.

The residence includes its own parking space and an additional storage room in an outbuilding for bicycles, skis, stand-up paddleboards, etc. For a dip in the lake, just put on your swimsuit and walk 50 m down to the lake. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in July 2022.
