Payment:

A €1,000 deposit followed by a biweekly payment schedule (individual arrangements possible).

Cancellation:

• Free cancellation up to 60 days in advance

• Up to 30 days: 40% charge

• Up to 7 days: 70% charge

• Up to 1 day: 90% charge

• No-show: 100%

House Rules

• Non-smoking suite.

• Smoking will incur a charge of €150 (special cleaning).

• If the property becomes unrentable due to odor, an additional night’s fee will be charged.
