In our modern house in Markt Schwaben with a direct S-Bahn connection to Munich we offer fully furnished and modern apartments. The building, constructed energy-efficiently in 2015, consists of studio apartments with living areas between 16 and 26 m² spread over three floors. Many apartments are sunlit facing south and some even feature a conservatory.

Each apartment comes with a modern and functionally equipped basic fitting. This includes its own shower room, a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as complete furnishings consisting of a wardrobe, desk, and bed. This makes the apartment ideally prepared for immediate move-in – all essential elements for comfortable living are already provided.

All our apartments include an internet connection and are rented with heating, electricity, water, waste disposal, and caretaker services. Thus, all significant ancillary costs are included in the all-inclusive rent, and no additional contracts or separate registrations with energy or internet providers are needed (exceptions: cable TV and the broadcast license fee).

A separate laundry room offers several washing machines and dryers.

Several parking spaces in front of the house are available free of charge. Additionally, there are sufficient bicycle parking spaces.

- The minimum rental period is 12 months.

The building is located in the center of the Markt Schwaben municipality, which—with its S-Bahn station reachable on foot—is only 14 minutes away from Munich. Markt Schwaben itself offers a well-developed infrastructure with restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities, fitness studios, and numerous leisure attractions, such as the Thermen Erding (about 15 minutes by car) in the nearby area.

The dormitory is located directly at the S-Bahn station, from which Munich Ostbahnhof (Werksviertel) can be reached in 14 minutes by train, or in 20 minutes by S-Bahn, and Munich Main Station in 25 minutes.

Modern equipment in every apartment includes a practical kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a shower and towel radiator, as well as a ventilation system. Additionally, the apartments are furnished with a bed, wardrobes, and a table with chairs.

Each apartment is equipped with its own internet connection via a network socket. A personal router can be easily connected.
