I'm offering a furnished 2+kk apartment for long-term rent with a balcony and cellar (apartment 53 m² + 4 m² balcony + 4 m² cellar). The apartment is located on the top, fifth floor built in 2011. There is an elevator in the building.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a utility room where you'll find a washer and dryer and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is also fully equipped – gas stove, extractor hood, electric oven, built-in refrigerator with freezer, and built-in dishwasher. Both the water heating and space heating run on gas (gas condensing boiler Baxi, serviced once a year). All the furniture shown in the photos will remain in the apartment except for the desk, the shelf next to it, and the office chair. Additional storage space can be found under the sofa and the double bed.
The Kubánské náměstí tram stop is a 3-minute walk from the building, and the Strašnická metro station is approximately 1 km away (a 4-minute tram ride). This is a quiet area with full local amenities.
I prefer non-smokers and tenants without pets. The monthly rent is 30,000 CZK plus 2,000 CZK for electricity and gas (which will be transferred to the tenant). A deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required. The apartment will be available from April 1, 2026.
