The fully equipped fitted kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a delicious lunch on your own; if you wish, you can even wield the cooking spoon. In the fully equipped fitted kitchen—with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, and, of course, the delicious Italian portafilter coffee machine—our beloved Rocket—they have thought of everything. And the mix of a modern bar counter with vintage, Art Nouveau tables and chairs creates a very special charm.

Our offices are optionally furnished with high-quality USM furniture and provide a work environment where creativity and productivity can flourish. In addition to your own balcony, you can also use the large communal garden, which features a grill, tables and chairs, a lounge area, and many other things that sweeten up working in the summer.
