We rent out our former carpentry. The commercial hall is ideal for a craft business, although other types of use are of course conceivable. The hall has recently been vacated. The hall is rented directly by the owner; therefore, no commission is charged.

The commercial property is located in the Industrial Area North in Neu-Ulm/Burlafingen and is not far from the Nersingen motorway junction (A7). The proximity to the twin cities of Ulm/Neu-Ulm is another advantage. At the edge of the metropolitan area, countless suppliers, companies, and customers can be reached quickly.

The hall is rented with pallet racking and cantilever racks (see photos). In addition, a hall crane with a 3.2-ton capacity is available. The kitchenette is also part of the equipment. The hall is heated using two different heating sources. Either a separate oil heater, which quickly provides a localized source of heat and is entirely sufficient during the transitional period, or alternatively the wood heating system can be used.
