In the former fully modernized hotel there are a total of 18 one- or two-room apartments, with sizes of up to 55 m². Each apartment features a kitchenette with a dual cooking surface, a sink, storage space, and a refrigerator. In addition, each apartment has a bathroom that includes a modern barrier-free shower. For relaxing in the fresh air, you can choose between a balcony, a terrace, or a roof terrace which is conveniently accessible from the living area. In the basement, alongside the laundry room, there are also spacious storage rooms that can be easily reached by elevator. In the dining area and the adjacent sun terrace, visitors can be welcomed or joint activities can be held. Directly in front of the building there are five parking spaces for cars, which can be equipped with electric charging stations. Here, electric vehicles can park and be conveniently charged.
Bad Bevensen, the well-known iodine salt health spa, is ideally located in the Hamburg – Bremen – Hanover city triangle. The gently rolling landscape around the only mineral health spa in the Lüneburg Heath is characterized by large forests, small heathlands, and the water-rich nature of the Ilmenau Valley.
Since 1929, Bevensen has been a town, and since 1976 the spa town has been called "Bad" Bevensen. With the development of the thermal iodine salt spring in 1968 and the construction of the spa center, a spa district with hotels, clinics, and spa residences developed in the 1970s.
A sprawling spa park and pedestrian bridges over the Ilmenau River connect the spa district with the old town. The spa center and park form the link between the "old" district around the Dreikönigskirche and pedestrian zone and the "new" Bad Bevensen with its hotels and guesthouses.
Health
Bad Bevensen has been officially recognized as a mineral health spa since 1975. The spa town’s offerings are aimed at people who wish to do something for their health and maintain their physical fitness in the calm, wooded surroundings. The extensive spa park in the middle of the town is the starting point for walks, for example to the nearby Medingen Monastery.
The Iodine Salt Thermal Spa, with its spacious bathing area, diverse sauna offerings, and a wellness oasis that meets all demands—the Spa & Vital Center—is at the heart of the health offerings.
Culture
Culture enthusiasts can enjoy the varied range of events at the spa house or the classical music series at Medingen Monastery.
Festivals
Regional festivals such as the Pottery Market, the city, heath potato, and marksmen festivals, as well as the Land Art and antique markets that take place regularly every Sunday in the summer months, delight the residents and regularly attract many visitors to the town.

The tasks that an outpatient care service can undertake are as diverse as the people we care for. Read all about our services and find out how we can help you and your loved ones in everyday life.
1. Emergency Call System
Each tenant receives an emergency call device that can immediately establish contact with a centrally staffed service available day and night in case of need. This central service provides or arranges help in emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The emergency call system includes receiving emergency calls and initiating the necessary assistance as well as maintaining the tenant’s basic data.
2. Information and Advice
In matters concerning daily life, assistance options, and housing situations, professional staff are available to answer tenants’ questions. In addition, help is provided with the application process for care and health insurance benefits. The relevant contact person as well as the telephone number are announced by a notice in the building and by an information sheet.
3. Mediation of Services
If needed, the care provider will also arrange for special personal or social assistance or services. These services are not included in the basic services and require an additional cost assumption by the tenant.
4. Meeting Places / Community Rooms
Every tenant has access to community rooms. By arrangement and, subject to availability, the tenant can reserve and use appropriate rooms for special occasions such as birthdays or other celebrations and events. The costs for individual use are part of the basic services (free of charge).
5. Leisure / Health Promotion Offers
The care provider offers participation in regular cultural, informational, and health-promoting events. In principle, these events are included in the basic services. In individual cases—such as excursions, special courses, or similar—a separate fee might be charged, and this will be clearly indicated or announced in advance.
6. Optional Services
• Mediation or provision of nursing or care services (services pursuant to SGB XI/SGB V – provided by third parties, i.e., care insurance/home health care),
• Housekeeping package,
• Service and care package,
• Meal package,
• and a varied lunch menu.
