There is good public transport service (the nearest bus stop "Fuchskaulenstr." is approximately 150 m away). The shopping center "Hürth Park" is about 2.5 km away, and it takes roughly a 30-minute walk to reach the Otto-Maigler Lake.

Inside the apartment, there is a fitted kitchen WITHOUT electrical appliances. Additionally, there is a daylight bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a large south-facing roof terrace.

The apartment features laminate flooring, while the bathroom is tiled.

Storage space is available in a part of the garage; there are NO basement rooms.

A washing machine and dryer can be accommodated in a separate utility room on the ground floor.

There is also the possibility to use a portion of the garden.

Renovation work will be carried out before move-in.
