Fully furnished (all furniture provided) small apartment, complete with 1 room, a hallway, and a bathroom – approximately 37 m² of living area. It features a mini fitted kitchen, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a wall-mounted cabinet with lighting.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower installation. White, diagonally laid tiles cover the entire apartment.
There is also a large storage room on the same floor. (Since the building has an underground garage in the “basement,” the storage rooms are located in the building’s inner core – where the elevators are found. In addition to the private storage room of about 6 m² allocated for each apartment on every floor, there is also a common storage room.)
The entire apartment has already undergone a complete renovation. For example, all walls have been stripped of wallpaper; both walls and ceilings were sanded, plastered, smoothed, and painted (no wallpaper was reinstalled).
