There are three different room sizes available:

• Room No. 1: approx. 20 m² → €675 all inclusive (deposit: €1,500)

• Room No. 2: approx. 11 m² → €500 all inclusive (deposit: €1,000)

• Rooms No. 3–5: approx. 17 m² → €625 all inclusive (deposit: €1,250)

Included in the rent: heating, electricity, and internet

Furnishing details:

– Rooms 1, 3, 4, and 5 will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and chair (see sample furnishing).

– Room 2 will be furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair (see sample furnishing).

The apartment has two bathrooms, including one feel-good oasis featuring 1 shower and 2 bathtubs for relaxing bubble baths – no waiting in line for the bathroom! ;-)

A washing machine and dryer are included.

A kitchen is being installed, equipped with a stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer combination. It’s a place to feel at home, cook together, and simply relax.

From the apartment, a staircase leads to a large attic (approx. 60 m²). Although the attic is not finished and is not part of the living space, it can be used for storage if needed.

There is also a cellar storage room available for bicycles.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

Location & Nearby Amenities:

• Ruhr-University Bochum: 10 minutes by car, 30 minutes by train, and 30 minutes by bike.

• Supermarket: 4 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bike.

• City center and Bermuda Triangle (nightlife area): 9 minutes by car, 22 minutes by train, and 14 minutes by bike.

• On foot: a restaurant and the “Grummer Teiche” (a green park) perfect for chilling and jogging, as well as a stadium, Starlight Express, bakery, and hospital. Parking spaces are available right in front of the door.

Bochum-Grumme offers plenty of space, short distances, and a friendly neighborhood. The quiet, green surroundings combined with excellent transport connections make it an ideal location for students.
