We are offering a two-room apartment with a balcony on the 3rd floor. The apartment features wooden parquet floors, refurbished doors, and new windows. It is partially furnished and ready for move-in. In the kitchen, you'll find some basic kitchenware, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a cooking hob. A washer with a dryer is also included.
The location is excellent – very close to the city center with quick access to Prague's main areas; right outside the building is a bus stop (Slovinská). Nearby are the Vršovické náměstí and Orionka tram stops. Within walking distance, you will also find Flora metro station, as well as Náměstí Míru or Jiřího z Poděbrad. The area offers all necessary amenities – Tesco, small grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, drugstores, schools, and kindergartens. You will also appreciate the wide range of sports activities available – yoga, boxing, TRX, and running. In the vicinity, you will find the very popular Grebovka Park or Heroldovy sady.
The apartment is ideal for an individual or a couple. Unfortunately, pets will not be allowed, primarily due to the wooden floor which could be easily scratched.
