The house is located on the border between Lindenau and Plagwitz, trendy districts of Young Urban Creatives in western Leipzig which have gained worldwide attention. Along Karl Heine Street you can find everything you need, as well as a wealth of cultural venues such as alternative cinemas, theaters, etc., and plenty of great places to eat. Between old factory buildings and modern industrial architecture, there is much to discover here. It is 200 m to the Westwerk (an art district and off-space with clubs, e.g. Dr Seltssam – bike shop & bar, organic stores and a weekly organic market, etc.). There is a “normal” supermarket just around two corners.

The old cotton mill – now used as a handicraft workshop and gallery center – is reachable on foot in 15 minutes.
