The communal areas around the house are maintained jointly, as is the staircase – here, personal responsibility and mutual consideration are important. Pet ownership (dogs or cats) is not permitted, as there are already two cats living in the house (in the lower residential area with access via the basement) who should be accepted by the household community accordingly. Pure apartment-only cat ownership is also unfortunately not an option.
Enclosed Living Area with Private Entrance
The offered living area on the upper floor is accessible via the common staircase. In the upper entry hall, several doors (three) lead to the respective residential areas.
A dedicated door intercom system with video function for the upper living area is already in place.
At the time of move-in, the area will be additionally refurbished: a fixed wall partition with a full-fledged apartment entrance door will be installed. This will create a clearly separated, independent residential unit with its own entrance and individual apartment key.
This measure is intended to fully protect the privacy, security, and independence of the living area and will be properly implemented by move-in.
