We are selling here a restaurant/café that was in operation until recently along with two very spacious holiday apartments in Hahnenklee. On the 2nd Floor:

This provides a total of 26 sleeping accommodations for the property. The large gastrokitchen, the expansive dining hall, the freezer rooms, the beer tap system, etc. on the ground floor invite you to spend a pleasant time with a large group. The entire attic could be affordably transformed into a lounge or a play area for children.

In Zorge in the Eastern Harz—a village completely lacking in infrastructure—there is a group house for 20 people. That old group house, with outdated furniture and old bathrooms, is managed by our administrator. Even that group house, despite its poor location and equipment, enjoys a very high occupancy rate. A group house with our modern facilities in our location—in the most beautiful and attractive mountain village in the Upper Harz, with its many exciting activity offerings in Hahnenklee—would undoubtedly achieve extremely high occupancy rates.

The investments required for a group house are limited and very low, and no additional staff is needed. In the garden there is also a garden house for communal barbecue evenings, a fire pit, and some logs for sitting—what more could you ask for?
