The historic town of Oppenheim is located in the Mainz-Bingen district (Rhineland-Palatinate), nestled in the hilly Rheinhessen region between Mainz and Worms. As an important medium-sized center, the town offers an excellent quality of life with historical flair (such as the Katharinenkirche and the Wine Museum) and modern infrastructure.

Wormser Straße is one of the central streets in Oppenheim, connecting the town center with the southern districts. The area is characterized by a mix of residential and commercial properties. Numerous everyday facilities are in close proximity. A training center of KVHS Mainz-Bingen is also located on Wormser Straße. Public transportation: Oppenheim station (with S-Bahn connections towards Mainz/Frankfurt and Worms/Mannheim) is within walking distance or a few minutes by bicycle. The B9 runs not far from Wormser Straße and provides a direct connection to Mainz (approximately 20 minutes) and Worms (approximately 25 minutes).
