Flat for sale 4+1 • 95 m² without real estate, Hesse
Individual, affordable, and sustainably built housing in Rödermark (Rhein-Main region) in a pleasant semi-rural location with a neighborhood that shares responsibility together:
With this TING project, young families and people of all generations can find a new, long-term home in an attractive region.
Living in a private housing cooperative offers the security of home ownership combined with the flexibility of renting. As a member, you acquire a permanent usage right to an individual, contemporary apartment in which you want to live.
HOUSING BUILT FOR HEALTH, SUSTAINABILITY, AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY
SUSTAINABLE AND PREDICTABLE: WOOD HYBRID CONSTRUCTION
The buildings are constructed using a wood hybrid method that employs wood from sustainable forestry. Finished modules and individual elements of the houses are delivered by truck and assembled directly on site.
This ensures both excellent fire protection properties as well as short construction times and predictable costs.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS MET
All buildings meet the KfW Energy Efficiency House-40 standards to receive the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG).
The houses feature good insulation and a ventilation concept that provides demand-controlled supply and exhaust ventilation for a healthy indoor climate.
A NICE MIX OF RENTING AND BUYING
For your apartment, you pay a continuous monthly usage fee and are long-term protected against termination due to owner occupancy. With a one-time membership fee, you become an equal member of the cooperative. The cooperative builds the houses, owns them, and bears the financial obligations. This concept therefore combines the flexibility of renting with the security of ownership. In our project "Am Alten Seeweg eG," we offer various apartments ranging from 2 to 4 rooms (approximately 42 – 93 m²). This apartment is publicly subsidized. Please feel free to contact us and we will find the right apartment for you!
RÖDERMARK – A LIVABLE SMALL TOWN IN THE "GREEN HEART"
Located in the green heart of the southern Rhein-Main region in the Offenbach district, the dynamic small town of Rödermark combines attractive factors to shape the future for yourself and your family in an individual way with high quality of life:
DYNAMIC SMALL TOWN IN THE METROPOLIS REGION
Rödermark is a dynamic part of the Frankfurt Rhein-Main metropolitan region – one of the strongest economic regions in Europe with international connections as well as attractive companies and job opportunities.
DIVERSE LOCAL LEISURE AND CULTURE OFFER
Art and culture, leisure and sport, relaxation and an active lifestyle are part of the region's living concept. And from Rödermark it’s only a stone’s throw to the next World Heritage Site and nature reserve.
OPEN COMMUNITY, COMPACT INFRASTRUCTURE
With around 30,000 inhabitants, the town of Rödermark is compact and open, featuring a concise infrastructure and a good public transport network. The modern fiber-optic network ensures connectivity even beyond the town limits.
SUSTAINABLE URBAN DEVELOPMENT
To remain livable and attractive, Rödermark focuses on expanding social infrastructure and addressing issues such as multi-generational living, childcare, accessibility, and sustainability.
A TOWN OF SHORT DISTANCES
Whether by bus, train, bicycle, or on foot in combination: many trips can be conveniently made without a car. The public transport network is well-developed and even the train station is reachable on foot within only 20 minutes.
STRAIGHTFORWARD BASIC DESIGN = ROOM FOR INDIVIDUALITY
Whether natural, stylish, classic, playful, or eccentric: we express our personality especially within our own four walls. To ensure that everyone, from young to old, feels truly comfortable, the apartments support the need for individual freedom of design.
Clear structures, a well-thought-out layout, and a straightforward, timeless design of the houses and apartments leave plenty of room for the individual customization of your own living space. Although the apartments follow a common pattern in order to keep construction efficient and costs low – they still offer the possibility of individual design. At the beginning of the construction phase, you can choose essential elements, such as flooring, from presented models as part of a sampling process.
This way, a communal housing project becomes a cozy home that reflects your own ideas.
